Starting the process is simple. We need some information about the property and the tenant(s). If available, we would need a copy of the lease, the names of the tenant(s), and any recent notices if applicable. Additionally, you'll need to provide a payment per our fee structure.
In most cases, we can prepare and submit the application on the same day. The administrative clerks of the Residential Tenancy Dispute Resolution Service (RTDRS) will typically schedule the hearing within 8 to 15 business days. Consequently, the RTDRS court orders are a powerful legal tool for enforcing tenant compliance or facilitating their removal. As a result, your problems with difficult tenant(s) could be resolved in a matter of few weeks.
It is important to note that a portion of the payment you make to us will be included as costs on your order, typically amounting to $225.00. This will enable you to recover these expenses along with any outstanding balances.
